We have a payment gateway which accepts major cards. Cash is always accepted but a credit card must be on file. We ask for a deposit up front for new customers before starting the trip.

Yes. We have a system in place and network with various transportation drivers in the event of an emergency.

We may call you for additional information. When the detail of the ride is sorted, we will send a conformation email. We will text you the day before the booking, again, when we are on our way, and then when we arrive.

The major reason is safety. Do you know who will be driving you and who will know where you live? Being under the rules of the Colorado Public Utilities (PUC), we have strict requirements. A car made for commercial use with ongoing requirements like daily inspections and maintenance, Importantly, our professional drivers are required to have deep background and fingerprint checks on file and updated regularly with the FBI. Most rideshare drivers work part time to supplement their income with their personal cars which most are not made for commercial use. Our customers support regulated public transportation for their safety and convenience.

There is no charge to cancel a reservation within 24 hours prior to the service, otherwise there is a 50% cancellation fee.
