Do you have credentials?

Yes, you can see our PUC credentials (here). It’s not easy to get commercial insurance to drive passenger vehicles. You must prove you have been professionally driving for several years. A certificate of our commercial insurance, our PUC and vehicle inspections are in the glove compartment of each vehicle. Drivers carry their drivers license and DOT medical cards with them at all times.,

How do I find you at the airport?

You will receive a text from our system when we are on our way and another when we are on airport grounds. We track your flight in air so we know when you land. Drivers stage in the airport holding lot, limo area.

COS: Driver will be at the bottom of the escalator holding a meet and greet sign with your name on it. After we get your luggage, we will proceed to limo line directly outside the exit. Clients who do not wish us to help with luggage can go directly to the limo line located in front of the taxi stand.

DEN: Drivers are not permitted inside the DEN Denver International at any time for any reason. Limo clients are picked up on level 5, island 2. Just call us when you get your luggage, let us know if you will be coming out the East side or West side (depending on airline and preference). It will take the driver three to five minutes to pick you up. Departing passengers are dropped off on limo level 5 as well.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO LOCATE YOUR CHAUFFEUR, YOU MUST CALL 719-694-5200 AND OUR DISPATCHER WILL ASSIST YOU. IF YOU ABANDON THE PICKUP LOCATION WITHOUT CALLING OUR OFFICE, YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO A NO SHOW CHARGE OF THE FULL FARE OF THE TRIP!

Does my quote include gratuity?

We add a industry standard 20% gratuity to the fare for our driver. If you are not happy with that let us know. Please keep in mind, your life is in the hands of your driver. Some Clients are known to “cash” tip the driver extra for going above and beyond. Rest assured, your driver will always receive their tips.

What does Base to Base mean?

We have a 3-hour minimum for our Tours and Special Events. Clients are charged Hourly From the time we leave the office until the time we return.

Can we bring our own drinks?

Yes, non-Alcohol drinks are fine. We always have cold bottled water available. If you wish us to pick up food or drink, let us know

What does your reservation agreement state?

All deposits are NON refundable. We maintain a strict 24-hour cancellation policy at Awesome Ride Service, Inc. Reservations that are cancelled and not rescheduled less than 24 hours from the pick up time on the reservation date will be charged full reservation price. Reservations cancelled with more than 24 hour notice will not attract any cancellation fees.

Awesome Ride Service, Inc. is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.

A fee of $100.00 is assessed for each carpet or seat burn or spill. Sanitation fee is $250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law and fines will be paid for by the client. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). Smoking is not permitted. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle, however we will make every attempt to locate the item(s).. Balances to be paid on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
