We may call you for additional information. When the detail of the ride is sorted, we will send a conformation email. We will text you the day before the booking, again, when we are on our way, and then when we arrive.
We have a payment gateway which accepts major cards. Cash is always accepted but a mayor card must be listed before the reservation is accepted. If paying with cash, we may ask for a deposit up front from a new customer before starting the trip.
Yes. Regular customers are given discounts for referrals and frequent rides. Contact us.
There is no charge to cancel a reservation within 24 hours prior to the service, otherwise there is a 50% cancellation fee.
